How we do it
- We check the stack, pots, flaunching and lead up close and photograph them.
- Loose pots and crumbling mortar are made safe first.
- Stacks are repointed and flaunching renewed where needed.
- New lead flashings, soakers and valleys dressed in by hand.

Can you cap a chimney I don’t use?
Yes. We fit a vented cap so the flue stays dry and aired.
Why does my ceiling stain next to the chimney?
