What we collect and why
When you contact us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect what you send us, such as your name, phone number, email, postcode and details of the work you want. When you send a form, we also record how you reached our website (for example a Google search or a Facebook link) and the page you landed on, worked out when you press send; nothing is stored on your device for this. We use it to reply, arrange visits, give quotes and carry out work you ask for, and to see which ways of finding us work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who helps us
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Messages sent through our forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Our website was built by FanBound, which may handle enquiry messages on our behalf to keep the site running. Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply. We don't sell your information.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Any visitor statistics are cookie-free and don't identify you. The guide price tools work in your browser and don't store anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
